Stolen Moped Found

Good afternoon Resident,

During foot patrol today, my colleague Gill and I identified and recovered a suspected stolen moped. Further enquiries revealed that the owner was unaware of the theft and had not yet reported the vehicle as stolen. We promptly contacted the victim at the scene, enabling the moped to be safely recovered and reunited with its registered keeper.
